During this difficult time for our communities, country and planet, we each have unique thoughts, anxieties, responsibilities and fears. No two roads to ‘normal’ will look the same. We all have needs and obligations to get through this in a healthy way. As a practitioner and person, in times of crisis I am an advocate and student of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
CBT can help change problematic anxiety and thought patterns you may be experiencing around the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, while incorporating strategies to turn hopeless or fearful thoughts into healthy actions and patterns.
We are in this together. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for counseling, advice and understanding.
I am here for you, Listening, now, as always.
